Our New Client Process

When someone first reaches out to our care professionals to learn about our services, it’s often in the midst of a time of difficulty and uncertainty, and sometimes even a crisis. From the moment we answer the phone, however, those in need of help know they’ve come to the right place.

Here’s how it works:
We begin by taking the time to truly listen and to make sure we fully understand the challenges being faced. We then offer a free consultation, in the comfort of home, by one of our field staff supervisors, to answer any questions you may have and to perform an assessment of the specific needs to be met, the safety of the home environment, and to go over pricing and payment options. Those who desire to use our services receive a personalized plan of care, all necessary paperwork, and a carefully selected caregiver, matched to individual needs and preferences. After agreeing upon a schedule of care, we get started making a difference in the life of someone you love!
